If we let pop culture do the talking, sexual consent is a confusing topic—just give a listen to Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” and Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?” (what do you mean, Biebs?). But the U.K's Thames Valley Police is here to explain that consent is actually a simple concept. And they do so in the most quintessentially British way possible: a video about tea, specifically how you should act after asking someone, “Hey, would you like a cup of tea?” Stepping outside the bedroom and thinking about another everyday conversation (at least for Brits) should eliminate any lingering questions you may have. Plus, the way they say "tea" is a joy unto itself.
