Greatist Workout of the Day: Friday, March 13th

Before you tackle this workout, try this quick and effective full-body warm-up. It's just five simple moves but hits every major muscle group and gets your heart pumping.


Greatist Workout of the Day: Sweat It Out


Sweat It Out


Complete 4 rounds of the following moves as fast as safely possible.


1-Minute Side Plank (30 seconds per side)

100-foot Bear Crawl

10 Broad Jumps
