Super Simple Sweet Potato and Turkey Meatballs

These Middle Eastern-inspired meatballs combine lean ground turkey and grated sweet potato for a filling, savory yet sweet dish. Serve with couscous and Greek yogurt or hummus for a complete, healthy dinner or brown bag lunch. While the meatballs are super simple to make, in case there’s any question, you can watch a video demonstration over at Sonima.com.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except oil together in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste. Form mixture into meatballs.
