I realised recently that my "perception" of what people think of me is holding me back. I had really been struggling with a personal issue, but when I talked to the other person about it, they didn't think what I thought they did at all. It also took me back to when I was having issues with my weight and body image, how I perceived my body and what it was actually like. This made me realise that our perception is a significant roadblock when it comes to our body and what we see or believe is not necessarily true.
