PMS sucks. But that's not the only terrible thing women have to deal with during their menstrual cycle. There's the acne, the bloating, the lack of energy. Thankfully, this handy video from Glamour details a bunch of helpful things women should know (but probably don't) to make their cycle a little more bearable. This is the kind of stuff they should be teaching in sex ed—like cutting down on caffeine gets rid of that boob soreness you feel toward the end of your cycle:
