We're in the homestretch of 2016, and we all know what that means: People are making New Year's resolutions. The only problem? Just one in 10 people keep them. People struggle to meet the goals they set on January 1 because their resolutions are too vague (like "lose weight" or "save money") and not attached to an action-oriented plan.
