One of the worst parts of adulthood is realizing that bullying doesn't end in middle school. But now we now have social media to call bullies out on their, well, bullsh*t. That's exactly what Kelley Markland did after receiving an anonymous letter that said, "Women who are 300 pounds should not wear yoga pants!"
Obviously upset, Markland, a substitute teacher from Florida, wrote a post on Facebook explaining how much these body-shaming comments hurt her:
Luckily, this story has a happy ending. Hundreds of people commented, showing their support for Markland, and when she came to work the following Monday, dozens her colleagues, students, and their parents wore leggings.
Although we wish this letter was never sent in the first place, we're glad Markland's friends and family rallied around her with such a supportive response.
And for the record, we think you slay in those leggings, Kelley:
