The human body has been designed as such that there has to be a balance in all the activities of life. Any imbalance in this respect can lead to havoc in the form of cancers and ulcers, so we should be careful in satisfying the needs of our bodies. Sleep, for example, is the basic need of your body; your muscles get stressed up after the hectic routine of your life.
