This class will target your entire core with an emphasis on those hard-to-train lower abdominals. You'll perform four unique exercises, including lying leg lifts and squats-to-planks that harness your body weight to fire up your upper, middle, and lower abs. Using a progression of 1-5-10-5-1, the instructor pairs reps with breaks of active rest for an interval-style routine. Then challenge yourself with a 1-minute AMRAP (or as many reps as possible) set of reverse crunches at the end to fatigue the lower abs and finish strong.
