I know this title sounds like a "come-on" designed to divert your attention from whatever you were doing in order to read more, and in most cases, you would be right. In this case, my 10-day diet has proven to consistently produce results of at least 10 pounds of weight loss in 10 days. Sometimes, more than 10 pounds.
