Many of us are quick to say negative things about our bodies ("I hate my stomach," "My legs look weird in shorts," "I have awkward ankles") as a way to explain why we can't go somewhere or wear something. But this video, in which BuzzFeed's Jazzmyne Robbins wears rocks a bikini for the first time ever, proves we can overcome our insecurities. Let's follow her lead, quit giving ourselves so much crap, and just hit the beach already.
